  1. Display: Shows set voltage/current (Vset/Iset) and actual output voltage/current (Vout/Iout) simultaneously.

  2. Operation Modes:

    • Independent (CV/CC): Constant Voltage or Constant Current mode.

    • Series & Parallel: Multiple ODP3033 units can be connected for higher voltage (series) or higher current (parallel) via master/slave communication ports (rear panel).

  3. Memory: 5 groups of preset parameters (voltage/current limit) for quick recall.

  4. Timer Function: Can set output ON/OFF duration (1 second to 99 hours).

  5. Output Control: Front panel output ON/OFF button.

  6. Protections:

    • Over Voltage Protection (OVP): User-settable limit (1V above set V to max).

    • Over Current Protection (OCP): User-settable limit (0.1A above set I to max).

Important Notes

  • Linear Design: Provides very clean, low-noise output but is less energy-efficient and generates more heat than switching designs.

  • Max Power: The output is 90W maximum. For example, you cannot get 30V and 3A (90W) simultaneously at all times due to thermal limits; the unit will derate if overheated.
